Bishop James K. Mcphaill

James K. McPhaill is our beloved Bishop. He is known for his decades of dedicated ministry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1966 and furthered his theological education at the Apostolic Bible Institute in Oakdale, Minnesota. In 1970, he married Carol, and together they had two children, Kevin and Keri while they built a life centered on faith and God’s word. In 1980, he became the pastor of The Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Visalia, California, where he led the congregation with unwavering commitment for over four decades. After retiring from active pastoring at the age of 77, Rev. McPhaill was honored with the title of Bishop in 2021, reflecting his enduring influence and leadership within the church community.
